Saturday night armed robbery reported at Budget Gas

MANCHESTER, NH  – Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying an armed robber who got away with cash from a Boynton Street gas station Saturday night.

Manchester Police Officer April Alexander responded to Budget Gas, 20 Boynton St., at 9 p.m. on Saturday January 30 for an armed robbery. She spoke with the clerk who told her that a white male  entered the store wearing a gray Boston Red Sox hat, black gloves, a navy blue jacket with white stripes, jeans and dark colored shoes. The man, who covered his face with a white scarf, brandished a black revolver while demanding cash from the clerk.

The clerk conceded and gave him an undisclosed amount of cash before the robber fled on foot. He was last seen walking south on Boynton Street.
