MANCHESTER, NH – A robber with a six-inch knife got away with cash from the 7-Eleven on Beech Street early Wednesday morning.
Manchester Police Officer Aaron Stone responded to the convenience store at 242 Beech St. at 1:26 a.m. Dec. 9 and spoke with the clerk, who said a man wearing a black bandanna over his face had entered the store and demanded cash.
The clerk asked him to remove the bandanna to which the man responded that it was a robbery, and he then demanded the clerk give him cash from the register. The robber was armed with a folding knife that had a blue handle and six-inch blade, according to the clerk.
The robber was described as a white male, about 5-foot-5 inches tall, thin build, and was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket with an unknown white logo on the middle of the back and a white T-shirt. He was wearing dark-colored running pants with two thin grey stripes, and a multi-colored baseball hat with a large logo on the front.
The robber fled the store on foot and was last seen running toward Beech Street.
