L to R: A&E Roastery owner Adam Langmaid, Mayor Ted Gatsas, owner Emeran Langmaid, Chamber President Michael Skelton, and barista Rachel Niemi prepare for the big ribbon cutting on Sept. 12. Adam and Emeran are the A the E, respectively, of A&E Coffee. Rachel is the manager of the Manchester café. The ribbon cutting was a part of a four-day grand opening celebration that included arts, music, poetry, aerial circus arts, tastings and demonstrations.

A big official welcome to A&E Roastery, located at 1000 Elm Street in Manchester. Now that the four-day grand opening week celebration is finished and the huge ribbon has been cut by Mayor Ted Gatsas and his enormous scissors, the rest is up to you, fine people of Manchester.
