MANCHESTER, NH – Kieran Robinson-Green, 29, of 76 West Newton St., Boston, Mass., a registered Tier II sex offender in New Hampshire, was arrested  for failing to register as he is required to do semi-annually for his lifetime as long as he resides in New Hampshire.

Officer Eric Desmarais, assigned to the Sexual Offender Compliance Unit, was made aware in July that Robinson-Green was no longer residing at his registered address in Manchester. Officer Desmarais’ investigation determined that Robinson-Green had left the Manchester area, staying at the Motel 6 in Nashua. Robinson-Green failed to register in Nashua, eventually fleeing to Massachusetts.

A warrant for his arrest was issued. Massachusetts State Police located and arrested Robinson-Green in Milton, Mass., on October 15. Robinson- Green was set to be arraigned on Thursday November 3, 2016 in the 9th Circuit District Manchester to answer to the charge of Sex Offender Failure to Register.
