BOSTON, MA. – The City of Boston will host a parade on Wednesday, October 31, at 11 a.m. to celebrate the Red Sox’ World Series victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Yes, that’s right. It’s also Halloween, so dress accordingly!

Getting there from New Hampshire will mean driving all the way there, driving part of the way there and taking the T, or taking the Boston Express to South Station, and then the Red Line to Fenway.

Boston officials are pleading with everyone to take public transportation if at all possible, as driving in Boston is bad enough on a normal day.

The parade starts at Fenway Park. The parade route will:

  1. start on Lansdowne Street
  2. take a right onto Ipswich Street
  3. left onto Boylston Street
  4. left onto Tremont Street, continuing onto Cambridge Street, and
  5. right onto Staniford Street, where the parade will end.

Lansdowne Street and part of Ipswich Street will be staging areas and won’t be accessible to the public. You can learn more about parking restrictions below.
