Queen City Rotary presents Jan. 31 comedy night at St. George’s

Screen Shot 2015-01-19 at 1.01.32 PMMANCHESTER, NHQueen City Rotary invites everyone to this year’s Comedy Bowl on Saturday, January 31 at St. George’s Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 650 Hanover Street, in Manchester for a night out of laughter, fun and helping local kids in need. This year the Rotary is proud to present comedians Ken Rogerson and Frank Santorelli.

Rogerson is a national headliner and has performed all over the world. A favorite at festivals, he appeared at the Boston Comedy Festival with Lewis Black and Friends and the TBS Comedy Festival in Las Vegas. The Boston Herald says “He makes the absurd seem logical.”

Santorelli is an Italian American who is best known for playing the recurring role of “Georgie the Bartender” in The Sapranos. He is also well known for his starring role in “The Godfathers of Comedy.”

Door opens at 7 p.m., show starts at 8 p.m., and tickets are $30. The evening includes ‘tailgating’ fare and lots of desserts! A cash bar is available as well as a silent auction, a wine auction, and raffle prizes.

All money raised will be distributed to 25 youth charities which the Queen City Rotary supports throughout the year.
