MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester’s Board of School Committee’s Curriculum and Instruction Committee will hold a public hearing on March 7 on the proposed 10-year curriculum management plan for the school district.

The curriculum management plan is a structured set of actions designed to assess and adjust the school district’s curriculum as it evolves over time. It outlines the process to modify constantly changing curriculum, regardless of the content area.

The proposed plan, which is available online and also uploaded below, was developed by school teachers, administrators, district support staff, and district administration in accordance with the guidelines presented in the June 2013 curriculum audit of the Manchester School District conducted by the International Curriculum Management Audit Center. It is modeled after similar curriculum management plans developed in thousands of school districts across the nation.

Members of the community are invited to attend the hearing to learn more and ask questions.
