MANCHESTER, NH – Keith Bilodeau, 48, of Manchester, was sentenced to a total of eight years in federal prison after pleading guilty to making a false statement to a United States Probation Officer.
Bilodeau was convicted of possession of child pornography in 2011 and sentenced to three years in prison. In August, 2014, while being supervised by U.S. Probation, he was suspected of being dishonest with his probation officer regarding ongoing criminal activity. A subsequent search of his residence revealed numerous electronic devices which contained sexually explicit images of minor children.
Bilodeau’s supervised release was revoked in February of this year and he was sentenced at that time to two years in prison. He pled guilty to the charge of making a false statement to his probation officer on June 25, 2015 and on Oct. 1 was sentenced to an additional six years in prison.
When released from prison, Bilodeau will continue to be supervised by U.S. probation for life. The case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Office of United States Probation.
