MANCHESTER, NH — Mayor Joyce Craig will host “Halloween at City Hall” on Oct. 31 from 3 – 5 p.m.
Students, parents and children are invited to come to City Hall before they go Trick-or-Treating to pick out a free book from the Bookmobile, meet the Mayor, and show off their costumes.
The event is planned to be out in the plaza, but in case of poor weather we will move into the Aldermanic Chambers, City Hall (3rd Floor).
