Politics aside, Patriots fans of all stripes will probably be cheering U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-NH, for her pro-Patriots Tweet. Looks like the NH senator is running defense for the Pats in light of the four-game suspension of quarterback Tom Brady.
On April 27 Shaheen Tweeted to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell defending the public’s “right” to see the PSI measurements the NFL recorded throughout the 2015 season, but which they have yet to make public.
Sen. Shaheen also added a link to a Washington Post story on the NFL and the lack of evidence against Brady in the DeflateGate saga.
