MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police Officers Eric Joyal and Daniel Golia were patrolling Elm Street on bicycles at approximately 2:15 a.m. June 18 when they discovered something was amiss inside of Subway, 997 Elm Street. The officers spotted two receipt rolls on the floor of the otherwise clean storefront.

They immediately checked the front door and realized it was secure, so they pedaled to the rear door, located on Nutfield Lane. Once there, they discovered the door was unsecured, so they called for a police K-9. Officer Jeffrey Fierimonte and his police dog partner Bauer arrived on scene and cleared the store.

Inside, they discovered a cash register drawer had been removed. A store manager arrived on scene and stated an undisclosed amount of cash had been taken, along with the cash drawer. She also advised the safe was also removed from the store.

Officers provided the following surveillance photographs of the robber, who appears to be carrying the safe. The suspect is approximately 30 years old with a thin build and short dark hair. He has distinctive tattoos – including a tribal tattoo on his right arm, and tattoos  on the right side of his neck, as well as the back of his neck.

If you have any information leading to the identification of the suspect please contact the Manchester Police Department Detective Unit at 792-5500.
