Police seek public’s help in identifying Citizen’s Bank robber

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester Police is seeking assistance from the public in identifying a bank robber who got away with cash on May 31 from the Citizen’s Bank branch located in Hannaford, 201 John E. Devine Drive.

At approximately 6:15 p.m. on Thursday police responded to the Citizen’s Bank for a report of a robbery. Responding units learned that a man entered the bank and passed a note demanding money. The robber is described as a white male, 20-30 years old, dark beard, last seen wearing a black shirt, black jeans, black baseball hat, white/black Nike sneakers, dark sunglasses.

The robber fled the bank in an unknown direction of travel with an undisclosed amount of cash. A track with police dogs was attempted but was cancelled shortly after.
