Police seek info about Cumby’s robber with red wig, handgun

MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police responded to an armed robbery on October 8, 2016 at 4:07 a.m. The robbery occurred at Cumberland Farms, 108 Webster St. Officer Raymond Lamy arrived on scene moments before the call for service was dispatched while conducting a business check.

The clerk stated she was behind the counter when an unknown man entered the store. The robber was wearing a red shoulder-length wig at the time of the robbery. He brandished a black handgun as he demanded cash from the register and then grabbed three cartons of cigarettes, valued at approximately $200, and an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing on foot.

The robber is described as a white male, 5-foot-9 inches tall, 180 pounds, last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, a black baseball hat, dark-colored pants and blue-and-gray sneakers.
