Police seek help identifying knife-wielding Shell station robber

MANCHESTER, NH — An man wearing a white T-shirt over his face committed an armed robbery at the Hanover Street Shell gas station at approximately 4:40 a.m. Wednesday, police said.

The masked man was armed with a knife at the time of the robbery, police said, which caused the 25 year-old clerk to fear for his life.

The robber pulled out the knife while demanding money from the clerk. The clerk conceded and handed over an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register. The suspect is described as 25-30 years of age, thin build and about 5-foot-8 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a gray hat with a black brim, gray long sleeve shirt with a white shirt underneath. He also wore dark colored pants and gray or black colored sneakers with white soles. He was last seen fleeing easterly on foot toward Hanover Street.
