Police seek answers after fight during which a pregnant woman’s water broke

MANCHESTER, N.H. – On Aug. 11 at approximately 8:30 p.m., police arrived near the area of 195 Bell St.

Although there was a large group of people in the vicinity at this point, a reported fight had ended, with one woman taken to the hospital with non-specified injuries.

According to police reports, that woman was nine-months pregnant and her water broke during the altercation.

Police are still investigating the incident and no arrests have been made as of Aug. 12.
