UPDATE: Police have identified the body of a man who on Oct. 2 was found deceased outside 480 Chestnut St., Manchester, NH.
Detectives were able to positively identify the man as Randy Knox, 56, no fixed address.
Detectives are waiting on the toxicology reports to assist in determining the cause of death. Foul play was not a factor in this case and Knox’s family has been notified of his death.
