Police put out APB Elvis Rivera for 7-Eleven robbery, parole violation

MANCHESTER, NH – Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of a Manchester man in connection with a 7-Eleven convenience store robbery on Jan. 17.

On that date a man entered the store, located at 557 Maple St.,  at approximately 3:20 a.m. He demanded cash from the 23 year-old clerk. Although the suspect did not show a weapon, he kept his right hand inside of his pocket during the robbery indicating he may have been armed.

The clerk handed over an undisclosed amount of cash before the robber exited the store. Detectives reviewed security video and prepared an arrest warrant for Elvis Rivera, 39, of Manchester. Rivera is described as 5-foot-8, 130 pounds, with brown eyes and close-cropped brown hair (crewcut-style). He is currently wanted for one count of robbery. Rivera is also wanted on a parole violation.

He may be staying in the Manchester or the Lawrence, Mass. area.
