Police make four drug arrests on Thursday

MANCHESTER, N.H. – On Thursday, the Manchester Police Special Enforcement Division/Street Crime Unit made four drug-related arrests.

In Bronstein Park, Brianna Sargent, 21, of Goffstown was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled drug after police reported to find her in possession of crack cocaine.

In Veterans’ Park, Samuel Parodi, 38, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled drug after police reported to find him in possession of a loaded syringe filled with either heroin or fentanyl. Parodi has no home address.

In Wagner Park, Matthew Jacobson, 28 of Woburn, MA was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled drug after police reported to find him in possession of a loaded syringe filled with either heroin or fentanyl.

Near the corner of Maple Street and Lowell Street, police saw a man involved in what appeared to be drug-related activity. After further investigation, the man, 31-year-old Justin Mailhot, address not disclosed, was found in possession of a knife and methamphetamine. Mailhot, a convicted felon, was charged with alleged possession with the intent to distribute and illegal possession of a possession of a dangerous weapon by a felon.

Mailhot is scheduled to appear in Hillsborough Superior Court North on Sept. 20

Anyone accused of a crime is innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.
