UPDATE: 3:30 p.m. Jamal Gray, 19, of Manchester, turned himself in on Friday afternoon at police headquarters, hours after police issued a warrant for his arrest in connection with a spray-paint spree that included desecration of a city park monument with a swastika. His court date is not yet a available.


MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police have issued an arrest warrant for Jamal Gray, 19, of Manchester, for his alleged involvement with multiple instances of criminal mischief over the weekend of Oct. 26 including the spray-painting of swastikas on public property. Gray may be have fled to Massachusetts.

He is who is described as 6-foot-1 inches tall and approximately 155 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
