Police investigate shooting at church where memorial for murder victim was scheduled

MANCHESTER, NH — State and local police are investigating a shooting at the church where a memorial service was to take place Saturday for Luis Garcia, 60, of Londonderry, who was shot and killed at his Londonderry home on Oct. 1.

Authorities responded to the New England Pentecostal Ministries church, 955 Bridge St., just after 10 a.m. where a memorial service was set for 12 p.m.. for Garcia, a church member.

Initial word from the scene is that there were no fatalities. Gov. Chris Sununu confirmed the incident with the following message on Twitter posted around noontime:
