Two armed robbers wanted in connection with a robbery at the Shell gas station.

Police responded just after 1 a.m. on Aug. 19 to the Shell gas station, 245 Eddy Road, for a report of an armed robbery.

The store clerk described the robbers as white males, possibly 30 years of age and both between the height of of 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-9 inches tall.  The man holding the handgun in his left hand appeared to be heavier than the unarmed assailant, but just as in a similar robbery on Aug. 16, both were wearing ski masks, so no clear facial description could be provided.

In the Aug. 16 robbery at Crosstown Variety on Amory Street, two robbers entered the store and demanded cash.  In that robbery both suspects were armed

Members of the Manchester Detective Division are following up on both robberies to determine if in fact both robberies were committed by the same individuals.  At this point in time, they are unable to confirm if in fact the suspects are the same in both cases.

Manchester Police Crimeline is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the people responsible for the robberies. If you have any information that leads to the identification, arrest and prosecution of the criminals, then please contact 603-624-4040 with your information. You may be eligible for a cash reward.
