Police investigate report of bullet lodged in kitchen wall

cruiserMANCHESTER, NH: Police are investigating a shooting incident after a Third Street resident reported finding a bullet hole in the kitchen wall.

On Dec. 2 at 5:40 a.m. Manchester Police responded to 21 Third St., Apt. #2. The resident of the apartment reported that when he woke up he noticed what appeared to be a bullet hole in the wall above the kitchen window. The resident did not report hearing a gunshot during the overnight hours while he was sleeping.

Officers investigated and noticed that a bullet traveled through the north side kitchen wall above the window and lodged into the south side kitchen wall. The bullet appeared to come from an adjacent building. No one was injured. Detectives are investigating.
