Police arrest seven following Lowell Street fight

MANCHESTER, N.H. – One person was possibly stabbed and another was wounded by a baseball bat following a fight that erupted near the area of Lowell Street and Haines Court.

After police arrived on scene, a nearby crowd became unruly and hostile, requiring additional units to pacify the area.

One officer was injured in the incident. He was treated and released from a local hospital.

The incident is not believed to be random and the parties were known to each other.

Police ultimately made seven arrests in relation to the incident.

Kamon Seace, 26, of Franklin was charged with alleged felony riot, felonious use of a fire arm and resisting arrest.

Oliuj Quinonez, 40, of Manchester was charged with alleged felony riot and resisting arrest.

Gina Quinonez, 33, of Manchester was charged with alleged felony riot, resisting arrest, and first degree assault.

Samantha Solesky, 30 was charged with alleged felony riot and resisting arrest. Solesky has no fixed address.

Amanda Gagne, 35, of Manchester was charged with alleged first degree assault.

An unnamed 14-year-old from an unspecified location was charged with alleged felony riot and resisting arrest.

Anyone accused of a crime is innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
