MANCHESTER, N.H. – On July 16, Manchester Police arrested 26-year-old Hollins Mitchelle Sylvain following a brief foot pursuit.

After locating Sylvain in the area of Hayward Street and Jewett Street, police maintained surveillance on a vehicle Sylvain was entering. Around 4:45 p.m., police attempted to talk to Sylvain as he exited the vehicle, but he immediately ran, which then led to the pursuit.

Sylvain already had active warrants for alleged reckless conduct, resisting arrest, disobeying a police officer and habitual offenses. He was also charged with an additional count of resisting arrest following Tuesday’s incident.

Sylvain will appear in Hillsborough Superior Court on July 17.

Anyone accused of a crime is innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.
