‘Person of interest’ ID’d in May 1 Meals on Wheels robbery, has ties to other recent crimes

MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police responded to a suspicious person call near 186 Beech St. around 1:40 a.m. on April 10, 2018. They noticed a male sleeping in the front seat of the vehicle, so they attempted to make contact with him.

The man started his car and abruptly backed the vehicle up before speeding off in a southerly direction on Beech Street. Officer Jason Soucy followed the vehicle and watched the lone occupant exit the vehicle near 300 Silver Street.

A brief foot pursuit took place before the officer lost sight of him. The officer identified the operator and prepared warrants for Richard Jose Feliciano, 28, no fixed address. Feliciano is also a person of interest in several recent crimes, to include the May 1, 2018 attempted robbery involving a knife.

Lt. Brian O’Keefe said officers were in the area of Laurel and Maple streets on May 2 at around 11:45 a.m. after a passerby stated Feliciano “may have been seen” in the area, but he was not located.

He is described as 5-foot-9 inches tall, approximately 140 pounds, with hazel eyes and black hair.
