Persistent crying led police to crime scene on Kimball Street

MANCHESTER, NH — Detectives are on the scene at 341 Kimball St. Police released no details of the nature of the crime under investigation at the residence, which is in the area of Rock Rimmon on the city’s West Side.

Lt. Brian O’Keefe said he could not release further details at this time, but that he expected police to be on the scene “for a while.”

According to photographer Jeffrey Hastings of Manchester Information, who is at the scene, police responded to calls from neighbors reporting persistent cries coming from the residence. According to Hastings, detectives left the scene around 12:30 p.m. and a HazMat team had arrived.
