MANCHESTER, NH — Two people were charged with indecent exposure and lewdness after police say they were engaging in “lewd behavior” on the hood of a car parked at Veterans Park just after midnight on Friday.

At about 12:45 a.m. Sgt. Jamie Khavari was on patrol on Merrimack Street in the area of Veterans Park when her attention was drawn to a male and female on the hood of a parked vehicle.  Allen Chandonnet, 47, of Manchester, and Cheryl Bucky, 48, of Greenville, were allegedly engaging in “lewd behavior” on top of the parked car.  Sgt. Khavari approached the two who, upon seeing her, immediately stopped their behavior.

Both Chandonnet and Bucky were placed under arrest without incident and charged with one count each of indecent exposure and lewdness in violation of NH RSA 645.
