The funding will add to Elliot’s unique position in Manchester, providing the vast majority of evaluations of our citizens who are in crisis. Elliot has the only hospital inpatient behavioral health beds in Manchester (Elliot is a designated receiving facility, has 29 geriatric behavioral health inpatient beds and another 12 adult beds on a dedicated unit for behavioral health patients). The funding will also benefit the outpatient behavioral health setting with new strategies being formed between Elliot and Serenity Place to address this burgeoning crisis. READ MORE
