Manchester Store

MANCHESTER, NH – Families in Transition-New Horizons’ OutFITters Thrift Store is hosting a one-day event to showcase a new store layout that allows more space for products like clothing, furniture, housewares, and books. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 27, where customers can shop a special sale, enter to win gift certificates, learn more about volunteering, and enjoy light refreshments.

“We are really excited to show off the changes and improvements we’ve been making to the store and the layout of the store,” said OutFITters Thrift Store Retail Manager, Kim Rennell. “Being able to put more items out on the sales floor ultimately means we are able to bring in more funds to support the programs of Families in Transition-New Horizons. When you shop or donate with us, 100 percent of the proceeds are going towards housing and supportive services for some of the most vulnerable individuals and families in Manchester.”

OutFITters Thrift Store is owned and operated by Families in Transition-New Horizons, a nonprofit organization that provides hunger relief, emergency shelter, safe affordable housing, and supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless or in need, enabling them to gain self-sufficiency and respect.
