MANCHESTER, NH – Listen to the 12-minute SoundCloud audio interview above with two of the “oath keepers” – James and John – who attended the July 16 Black Lives Matter rally as self-appointed peacekeepers, with a group of others all with open-carry weapons.

John, 37, is a former Marine from Manchester, who believes the perception of racism among police officers is a false narrative perpetuated by the media. James, 20, lives in Nashua, and says as a former kid on the wrong side of the law, he now volunteers his time to speak with at-risk youth at the Sununu Center.
