BEDFORD, NH — Perfect Ten Training will celebrate the opening of its state-of-the-art training gym in Bedford, New Hampshire, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house event on Thursday, November 14, 2019. PTT will be one of only a few gyms in the Granite State to provide access to high-quality equipment and functional space, combined with personalized training and dynamic group fitness classes. Experienced, certified coaches will provide members with a safe and supportive environment to achieve their unique fitness goals. The new facility will also offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training for children and adults, with experienced coaches and class curriculum following the Carlos Machado Association.
Perfect Ten Training Founder Filipe Maia, who studied Capoeira and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu growing up in Brazil, is passionate about building community within the new facility. The gym will offer 24-hour access to police, fire and medical first responders. In addition to providing a specialized experience to athletes of all fitness levels, PTT will enhance their member’s strength and overall health. Clients have access to the TrueCoach mobile app, which tracks their customized fitness plan and progress. The open house celebration will provide members of the community with an opportunity to meet the coaches and to learn more about the facility, as well as special offers to new members.
