Nov. 10: Book talk with ‘KooKooLand’ author and Manchester native Gloria Norris

Chosen as this year’s One Book, One Manchester pick, local author Gloria Norris will be reading from her smashing success of a memoir, Kookooland.

Gloria Norris grew up in the projects of Manchester. After a violent act changes everything, Gloria finds a way to carve out a future on her terms.

Swing by the Bookery Manchester, 844 Elm St., Nov. 10 at 2 p.m., for what promises to be an insightful talk about some difficult topics.
