This groundbreaking new policy removes the security deposit from their business model entirely, so every new resident pays only a one-time, non-refundable fee of $99 at Red Oak’s Milford apartments, or $199 at any of their other NH apartments. This fee pays for a Lease Term Bond which protects property managers from the types of things a traditional security deposit normally does.

Another of Red Oak’s progressive new policies is their “Move-In Guarantee,” which means that if a new resident is not completely satisfied with their new apartment, they can transfer without penalty to another Red Oak apartment within 7 days.
