BEDFORD, NH – She was appointed the first female warden for the men’s prison in Concord. After 35 years with the New Hampshire Department of Corrections, much of that as a warden, Jane Coplan really changed her life’s recipe to work in the food industry.

Now she manages Dream Dinners in Bedford, and loves every minute of her career reinvention.
