MANCHESTER, NH – Nov. 4 is Election Day, and New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph Foster has announced that the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office will staff election inquiry and complaint lines throughout the day and evening during the General Election on November 4, 2014.

Here are some FAQs (frequently asked questions).

In the recent past we’ve seen complaints over filming voters at polling places and voting booth “selfies,” as well as attempts at proving voter fraud by outside entities.

This phone line will be staffed from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day. Inquiries and complaints may also be submitted via e-mail at electionlaw@doj.nh.gov. Information regarding voting rights may be obtained by visiting the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office website.

The state election lines are available to all individuals who may have questions regarding their voting rights and/or who may want to file complaints with the New Hampshire Attorney General regarding their right to vote or any other election law violation.
