CONCORD, NH – Attorney General Joseph A. Foster, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert Quinn, and Manchester Police Chief David Mara announce a final report has been issued in the August 27, 2014 Officer-Involved Shooting, which occurred on Beech Street in Manchester, New Hampshire.

In the final report, which is attached, the Attorney General concludes that Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”) Agent Michael Connolly’s discharge of a firearm on August 27, 2014, at 110 Beech Street, Apartment 3 in Manchester was not a criminal act, but rather was accidental. Therefore, Agent Connolly will not face criminal charges in connection with the shooting incident. The issuance of the attached report concludes the investigation into this matter:
