New charge for accused Mall of NH bathroom peeper

MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police have a warrant out for the arrest of Travis Demers, 21. This stems from an investigation dating back to July in which Demer’s was suspected of taking photos/video of people in women’s restrooms.

Demers is now facing a third count of violation of privacy for taking photos on August 9, 2019 in a women’s restroom at the Mall of NH. Another victim came forward after his initial arrest.

Previous to this Demers was charged with two counts of violation of privacy for incidents that took place at the Mall of NH on July 27 and Savers on August 2. On surveillance video Demers can be seen entering a mall restroom and not coming out for more than an hour.
