BEDFORD, NH — Mum’s the word, for now, but Great NH Restaurants owner and CEO of T-BONES, CJ’s, Cactus Jack’s and the Copper Door Tom Boucher has just announced plans to develop a new restaurant concept that will be located on Route 101, at the former location of Shorty’s Mexican Restaurant.
Boucher is keeping the new concept for the space under wraps for now, but says he’s confident that his team knows exactly the type of restaurant that will thrive at this location.
“We’ve always loved the location and have been developing several different concepts for some time now. This location will be perfect for one of the concepts,” Boucher says. “It won’t conflict with our other popular concepts.”
The new restaurant will be redesigned to provide what the residents of the greater Bedford area have been hoping for, says Bolucher. It will be a gathering place for the community, featuring a “family friendly” menu that upholds the Great NH Restaurants commitment to “made-from-scratch” quality. The existing location will undergo extensive renovations with plans to open in the summer of 2019.
Boucher opened the popular Copper Door concept in Bedford, NH in 2011, and opened a second Copper Door in Salem, NH in December of 2017. Boucher and team are well known in the hospitality arena with their three very successful concepts. They credit their aggressive marketing efforts coupled with great execution by their staff for their continued growth. The Great NH Restaurants team is built upon local owners/managers and a work environment built on respect that is second to none.
