MANCHESTER, NH — Gail Fisher, owner and founder of All Dogs Gym and Inn, is quick to answer when asked about what is at the heart of the mission for she and her staff.  “We love dogs,” she says.

This philosophy has been at the core of the business for almost three decades.  Located in New Hampshire’s largest city, All Dogs Gym and Inn is the largest activity and training center for dogs in the Northeast.  Among other amenities, the 25,000 square foot facility includes a large training arena and a three-room grooming salon. On an average day, says Fisher, the facility cares for about 75 canines with services ranging from grooming, training and boarding (short and long term).  Between full and part-time staff, she employs about 150 “highly skilled and dedicated to our dogs,” Fisher notes.

Critical to the success of All Dogs Gym is the long-term partnership with Merrimack River Technologies (MRT), which provides IT support, equipment and training for the business.  “Our systems have to work,” says Fisher.  “With the size and scope of what we do, having a trusted business partner like Greg Mason and his team, is critical to our success.”

Fisher, who has over 40 years of experience caring for dogs in the field of dog care, says that among MRT’s many favorable attributes is responsiveness.  “I think we’ve reached out to Greg literally all times of the day with issues and he always delivers a high level of service.”

Fisher and her staff feel that all dogs can reach their highest potential when their owners have an understanding of their pets and dogs are provided with a mentally, physically and emotionally healthy environment.  “To support our work, our back-office systems need to be on point and Merrimack River Technologies is always there when we need them,” she said.

According to Fisher, the Gym serves about 12,000 pet families in a year and is reliant upon technology to serve its customer base.  “Our customers can manage their accounts online, sign for classes or order other services,” she noted. “Merrimack River Technologies provides a solid foundation for all of this work and enables us to meet the needs of those we serve.”

“They are far more than a vendor to us,” she concluded.  “They are a trusted consultant and valuable partner in our success.”
