MANCHESTER, NH – Mr. Mac’s held its “Give Hope. Get Mac” event to support the New Hampshire Breast Cancer Coalition during the month of October. Mr. Mac’s donated $1 for every Take and Bake order of their macaroni and cheese specialties.
Those who participated were also invited to enter to win a Mr. Mac’s gift card. During the duration of the event Mr. Mac’s sold 963 of their popular Take and Bake trays. Mr. Mac’s owners Valerie Anderson and Patrick Cain “rounded up” to make it an even $1,000 donation for the first year event. Anderson comments, “We are so happy that we can provide a little comfort to those in our community with this effort and we plan to make it an annual Mr. Mac’s event.”
