Below are brief biographies of the 15 new Manchester Police officers sworn in on March 7 at the Radisson Hotel.

 Brandon Burroughs

Brandon, 44, was raised in Concord, NH, and is a graduate of Concord High School, class of 1990.

Following graduation, Brandon enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving as an infantryman until his honorable discharge in 1994. During his time in the Army he was deployed to Somalia in support of Operation Restore Hope and the subsequent Battle of Mogadishu where he was assigned as part of the Quick Reaction Force while serving with 10th Mountain Division, 2nd Battalion, Charlie Company. Soldiers of Charlie Company were the QRF that made their way to the second Black Hawk helicopter crash site where they came under extreme heavy rocket and small-arms fire. As a result of his actions on October 3, 1993 Brandon was awarded the Combat Infantryman’s Badge for serving in direct combat operations in at the time what was the bloodiest battles American Soldiers had seen since Vietnam. 

Upon his discharge from the Army, Brandon went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in business and public management from the State University of New York in 2000.

Brandon has most recently been employed as a commercial sales representative for the Sherwin Williams Company. He and his wife Mary and their daughter Gabriella currently live in Manchester.

Jason M. Feliciano

Jason, 37,  is a graduate of Cooper City High School in Cooper City, Florida. Upon graduating from high school, Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science from Greensboro College in North Carolina..

Jason started his law enforcement career as a police officer with the Somersworth Police Department in 2005 and subsequently joined the Dover Police Department in 2007. His most recent assignment with the Dover Police Department was as the housing officer for the Dover Housing Authority and he was also a member of the Strafford County Regional Tactical Operations Unit.

Jason and his wife Amy reside in Londonderry and they have three children, Jonah, Phoebe, and Aubrey.

Alexandros Hondros

Alexandros, 25, graduated from Tewksbury Memorial High School in 2008. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in 2012.

Alexandros has most recently been employed as a District Technician for the Chelmsford, Mass., Public Schools system.

Stephen C. Irwin

Stephen, 23, is a graduate of Pelham High School, class of 2011. Upon graduating from high school Stephen entered the United States Marine Corps. During his time in the Marine Corps Stephen served as an Infantry Machine gunner while deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2013. As a result of his service he was awarded the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, and the NATO Medal.

Stephen and his wife Jessie currently reside in Pelham.

Brendan M. Langton

Brendan, 22, was raised in Hooksett, and is a graduate of Manchester Central High School, class of 2012. He earned an Associate in Science degree in Criminal Justice from the N.H. Technical Institute in Concord and he is currently studying toward a degree in Justice Studies from Southern NH University.

Brendan has most recently been employed at Hannaford Supermarket in Manchester.

Brendan is the second generation of the Langton family to serve as a Manchester police officer. He follows in the footsteps of his father, retired sergeant, Dana Langton, who served with MPD for 23 years.

Jennifer M. Lever

Jennifer, 25, is a graduate of Leominster High School in Massachusetts, Class of 2009. Upon graduating from high school Jennifer attended Endicott College and she graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice.

Jennifer has most recently been employed as a legal assistant at the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston, MA.

Jennifer currently resides in Billerica, MA.

Eric S. MacDuff

Eric, 24, was raised in Milford and is a graduate of Milford High School – class of 2009. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Western New England University in 2013.

Eric is a graduate of the 164 N. H. Police Academy and has been employed as a patrolman with the Lyndeborough, NH, Police Department since 2014.

Eric currently resides in Milford, NH.

Schleiden Meneide

Schleiden, 27,  graduated from Flemington, NJ High School in 2006. Upon graduating from high school he attended Messiah Community College as well as Roxbury College and subsequently earned an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice.

Schleiden has most recently been employed as a loss prevention officer in Boston, MA.

Alexander K. Reagan

Alex, 21,  is a graduate of Nipmuc Regional High School in Upton, Mass., Class of 2012. Upon graduating from high school Alex attended the University of Maryland and he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice in 2015.

Alex currently resides in Mendon, MA.

Michael J. Roscoe Jr.

Michael, 21, is a graduate of Pelham High School-Class of 2012. Michael earned an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Mount Washington College in 2014.

Michael was most recently employed as an EMT with Trinity Ambulance in Lowell, MA.

Edwin X. Sepulveda

Edwin, 22, graduated from Oakmount Regional High School in Ashburnham, Mass., in 2011. Edwin is currently attending Fitchburg State University where he is majoring in Criminal Justice.

Edwin enlisted into the United States Army in 2012 and is currently assigned to the 772nd Military Police Company of the Massachusetts Army National Guard. In May of 2015 Edwin graduated from the Worcester, MA Police Academy.

Edwin has most recently been employed as an EMT with Vital Emergency Medical Services in Worcester, MA as well as the Westminster, MA Police Department as a dispatcher.

Jason E. Soucy

Jason, 35, graduated from Goffstown High School in 1999. Jason enlisted into the United States Army in 1999. In 2010 Jason deployed to Iraq and Kuwait in support of Operation New Dawn. As a result of his service he was awarded the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal. Jason was honorably discharged from the United States Army in 2012 after attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant.

Jason has most recently been employed as a Weapon Technician with Insight Technologies.

Canada A. Stewart

Canada, 21,  graduated from Pinkerton High School in 2012. Upon graduating from high school Canada attended Saint Anselm College and in May of 2016 she will receive a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and Forensic Science and a minor in Chemistry.

Adam S. Terrizzi

Adam, 31,  is a graduate of St. Elizabeth Catholic High School, in Wilmington, Delaware – class of 2003. He continued his education at Norwich University, The Military College of Vermont where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Management in 2007.

Adam has most recently been employed as a real estate agent in Wilmington, Delaware.

Timothy M. Whelan

Tim, 23,  graduated from Merrimack High School in 2010. Upon graduating from high school he attended Nashua Community College and graduated in 2014 with an Associate’s Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology.

Timothy has most recently been employed as a calibration technician with Essco Calibration Technologies in Chelmsford, MA.
