MANCHESTER, NH – On March 26, 2015 at approximately 2:30 p.m., the New Hampshire State Police – Communications Center received a phone call from a motorist reporting that a female passenger in a vehicle traveling northbound on Interstate 93 was in the process of using heroin. The caller reported observing a needle and the female subject “shooting up” while in a tan Honda  traveling northbound in Londonderry towards Manchester.

Trooper J. Infante subsequently stopped Honda Accord with NH plates in Manchester on Interstate 93. The female passenger was identified as having fresh track marks and blood on her right arm, indicating that she had recently used a needle in that specific area. She was identified as Shannan Landry, 27, from Laconia. After a brief roadside investigation, Landry was arrested and charged with possession of heroin.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Michael Hann, 26, of Belmont. After a brief roadside investigation, Hann was arrested for transportation of drugs in a motor vehicle.

The other female passenger was identified as Arielle Glazier, 22, from Wolfeboro. Glazier was arrested for possession of heroin after she was found sitting on a small plastic bag containing heroin. While being transported to the New Hampshire State Police – Troop B Barracks, Glazier attempted to hide an uncapped needle between the seats in a cruiser. Upon noticing this, the Trooper located the uncapped needle and charged blazier with falsifying physical evidence, another felony level offense.

Both Hann and Glazier were bailed and released. They are scheduled to appear before the Manchester District Court on June 8.

Landry refused bail and was placed on a 72-hour hold by NH Probation & Parole. She will be arraigned March 27 in Manchester Court.
