MANCHESTER, NH – A motorcyclist from Maine died from injuries sustained in a crash Sunday on Interstate-293.
At about 5:40 p.m. New Hampshire State Police Troop B as well as Manchester Fire responded to a motorcycle collision on the Interstate 293 north ramp from Interstate 93 southbound.
The operator of a motorcycle, later identified as Woodward Shute, 50, of Waterboro, Maine, lost control and subsequently struck the guard rail. He was ejected from the motorcycle and transported from the scene to the Elliot Hospital by ambulance. Mr. Shute died from his injuries at the hospital.
