MANCHESTER, NH – A mother who told police that she held her 10-year-old’s hand while the child’s father sexually assaulted her was found guilty April 7 of three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and child abuse reporting violation.

Kimberly Brady, 31, was arrested by Manchester Police, along with her husband, in June of 2016 after admitting to her participation in what was more than a year-long ordeal for the child, whose father, Royal Brady, repeatedly abused her.

The child’s father previously pleaded guilty to multiple counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and was sentenced to serve 27 years in the New Hampshire State Prison.

A summary of the court proceedings was issued Friday by County Attorney Dennis Hogan, which you can read in its entirety below.
