MANCHESTER, NH — The Manchester Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating an man reported missing earlier this month. Clay Whitfield, 57, of Manchester, was last seen by his mother on February 27, 2018 at his Karatzas Avenue apartment.

There have been several unconfirmed sightings since the initial report was made, however he is still considered missing. According to his family, Whitfield battles several mental health disorders and believes people are “out to get him.” Although Whitfield has done this in the past according to his mother, he usually reappears within a few days.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, brown boots and a gray flannel shirt. He is described as; 5-foot-8 inches tall, 170 pounds, brown eyes and long brownish-gray curly hair, and typically wears glasses.
