It doesn’t get any fresher than this head of lettuce from Country Dreams Farm.

MANCHESTER, NH – You may think it’s premature, what with the persistent snow and frozen dirt out there. But we will bet dollars to Hackleboro Orchards cider donuts that greenhouses around New Hampshire are already teeming with future fresh produce.

And our friends at Intown Manchester are also thinking spring – they’ve announced the 2018 Manchester Community Farmers’ Market is set to kick off June 21 this year. The market takes over Victory Park (across from the City Library) every Thursday from 3-6:30 p.m., through Oct. 4.

Local restaurants looking to source fresh local produce should contact Intown Manchester Executive Director Sara Beaudry, sbeaudry@intownmanchester.com.

This year’s market promises to be bigger and better than ever – farm fresh veggies and fruits pastries, and breads … and whatever else the farmers and vendors bring to market.
