Katelin Juskiewicz, 19, of Manchester, was arrested July 5, charged with possession of a controlled drug after she was found by police to be in possession of prescription morphine pills.
Juskiewicz was arrested during a vehicle stop in the area of Prescott and Hall streets. She was a passenger in the vehicle, which was stopped by police for a traffic violation.
