LOCATED: Manchester Police find missing 81-year-old after search

Authorities searching for a missing man in Manchester.

UPDATE: 1:20 p.m. Manchester Police report that Jack Belliveau has been found in a wooded area near Crystal Lake with an assist from Manchester Police K9 Sonny and handler, Officer Thomas McAuliffe. No immediate word on his condition.

MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police responded to 10 Hollyhock Way at 10:30 a.m. Thursday for a report of a missing man. Units met with family members who stated Jack Belliveau, 81, of Manchester left the residence around 9 a.m. to take his daily walk.

Screen Shot 2017 02 09 at 12.43.28 PMHis family contacted police after he failed to return home. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, jeans and boots. He is described as 5-foot-8, gray hair with a gray goatee-style mustache. Manchester Police and Manchester Fire personnel have been on the scene searching for him. Officers with police dogs and infrared systems have been dispatched by both agencies.

Police are working on providing a photo to media outlets of Mr. Belliveau. In the meantime, they are asking anyone in the area to keep an eye out for him.
