Here’s the scoop: India Palace, located at 379 S. Willow Street, closed in March and a sign in the window refers customers to Royal India located at 575 S. Willow Street. Royal India, which opened six weeks ago, has taken over India Palace’s phone number and offers a buffet seven days a week. The buffet is served, along with a regular menu of entrees, Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m.- 2 p.m. and is $9.95 per person. On Saturday and Sunday, from noon- 3 p.m. the buffet is priced at $11.95 per person. Royal India does not have a website yet, as they are still testing their menu. But, early online reviews are loving Royal India.

snow tireThis spring, The Common Man is selling snow tires. The catch: They are not designed to last long. These snow tires are made of Common Man homemade ice cream sandwiched between two of their oversized chocolate chip cookies. You’ll find them in the novelty ice cream freezer in the NH General Stores located in the Hooksett Welcome Centers.

It’s time to sign up for a CSA. Fortunately NH is flush with farms offering CSA shares. Check out the complete list here.
