Tuesdays mean 2-for-1 flatbreads at Funktion.

MANCHESTER, NH — It’s no secret the restaurant industry is tough and very competitive. But this week Jeff Paige, owner and chef at Cotton, organized local restaurateurs to financially help the staff at Mint Bistro weather the restaurants temporary closure due to water damage.

“It’s basically neighbors helping neighbors. Locally owned and operated restaurants supporting each other during the good and bad,” said Paige.

The result is a fun menu at Cotton this weekend and a raffle prize that will have you dining at all of the hot restaurants in the city. Check out the details below.

Neighbors helping neighbors. Mint Bistro is temporarily closed due to water damage and local restaurateurs are helping out with a kick-ass raffle and a special menu at Cotton this weekend, all proceeds to go to Mint Bistro staff.
